September 29 & 30, 2007:  Lake Charles, LA.  Aristede went off sabbatical and Bryce entered the show hall for the very first time having turned four months old on the 28th of Sept.  I am happy to report Aristede as the BEST Ragdoll cat of the show.  He took home four great finals.  Bryce felt a bit shy at first, but as the weekend wore on he opened up to the judges.  By Sunday he took 3rd best division in every ring.  Next show he's sure to shine!

October 13 & 14, 2007:  Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Aristede, Bryce and I are off for the Ok State to win some ribbons.  I'd like to see Aristede earn his Regional Winner title this year.  With the way his coat has thickened and his ruff has filled out there's no telling what my darling boy will do.

Bryce took home his very first ribbon -- a 5th Best AB in Nancy Parkinson's ring!  I'm so very proud of him!

Aristede shined as usual by taking home four solid ribbons this weekend.  We are on the path toward a regional win.

November 3 & 4, 2007:  Springfield, Missouri. This show's biggest challenge for us was the sheer distance.  Normally I would have flown, but I wanted to save money by driving.  In retrospect were I do to this show again next year I would definately spring for the airfare.

Baby Bryce shown like the shining star that is, well, Baby Bryce.  He scored big time in Rob's ring by taking home an in living color BEST KITTEN (at barely five months old!) and a lovely Fifth Best Kitten in Heather's ring.

Aristede is most definately my solid performer.  His massive Ragdoll male body combined with his sweet doll faced expression continues to woo the judges.  This show he again took home four ribbons bringing his regional win total up another 700 points.

November 17 & 18, 2007:  Houston, Texas.  A show right in my home town!  Wonderful!  Once again look for Aristede and Bryce and me plus the special guest -- Craig!  He'll be attending his very first cat show.  Not only that, he'll be helping me get the cats ready the night before.  What a treat for Craig.

Craig definately helped me by going to the show.  He was such a big help with Aristede's Supreme party.  We had a wonderful Red Velvet cake that turned out so nice.  Craig did a wonderful job cutting the slices, and I made sure we had plenty of plates and forks on hand to serve the crowd of exhibitors that showed up for the Houston show.

Aristede decided to act like a bit of a pill and wouldn't let any of the judges take him out of the ring cages.  He's never acted like this, and I have to say it's because of the crystal lights that reflected about the ballroom.  A very nice effect for people, but scary for the cats.  But never fear, Aristede will be there ready to take ribbons at the Corpus Christi show!

On the other hand, I had Baby Bryce who ignored the crystal reflecting lights and told me he was there simply to win.  And that he did, taking home three nice ribbons in the Speciality rings.  He and his sister Cherokee had a good time competing against each other, and were even called back for finals together in two rings.  What a force are those two kittens!  Bryce is ready to do friendly battle with his sister once again in Corpus Christi.

December 7, 8, & 9, 2007:  Corpus Christi, Texas.  I'll have Aristede and Bryce in tow, as well as Alexis who will debut with these seasoned two.

Even with a ton of competition, Bryce took home a BEST KITTEN in Ana Maria Sosa's ring!!  Our Bryce is just the best kitty ever.

And Alexis made quite a showing by earning several 2nd and 3rd best Ragdoll kitten designations in many of the rings.

February 9 & 10, 2008:  Waco, TX.  Another show for Bryce to work on his championship status and maybe come home as a Grand!  If Aristede behaves like the good boy he is we might come home with a potential Regional Winner.

Aristede did not behave.  Oh well.  He's just an old fussbudget now at 1.7 yrs old!  However, Baby Bryce, who is no longer a baby, earned his Champion title in Ana Maria Sosa's ring as well as earned one ribbon to grow on.  I am so proud to have such lovely boys as Aristede and Bryce!

March 8 & 9, 2008:  Marshall, TX.  It's Bryce again!  Let's bring home lots of ribbons and a Grand Championship.
